In 2024, AmCad BioMed continued to deepen the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare, driving broader impact and meaningful practices. Guided by our mission to address unmet clinical needs with smart technologies, we focus on AI-powered ultrasound imaging for diagnosis and clinical adoption, while fulfilling our responsibilities to society and the environment.

Environmental Sustainability: Driving AI Medical Innovation with Green Technology
As the first Taiwan-based company to obtain U.S. FDA approval for ultrasound computer-aided detection (CAD), we integrate AI with ultrasound imaging to enable real-time quantification and visualization. Our products, AmCAD-UO® and AmCAD-UT®, are now adopted in over 130 healthcare institutions worldwide. These solutions not only enhance diagnostic accuracy but also help reduce overtreatment, support early detection, and optimize resource efficiency.

Social Responsibility: Promoting Health Equity and Access
In 2024, we partnered with professional societies to organize 28 clinical education sessions and 9 academic exchanges, along with 5 corporate health screening programs focused on sleep disorders. We also launched a handheld ultrasound (POCUS) system with AI guidance and decision support, improving diagnostic accessibility in underserved and remote areas. Through these initiatives, we advance health equity and expand the global reach of smart healthcare solutions.

Good Governance: Building a Sustainable Foundation
We reinforce internal controls and information security through regular risk assessments, guided by international frameworks such as GRI and SASB. Transparent and consistent disclosure remains central to our governance practices.
